Where I'm at


Not sure of body fat % (might get something to measure if I go for my next supplement order)
23 years old

I'm also on a keto diet - gonna look to stay on for 30 days.  I'm already 3 days in, but I'll see what I can do for a camera to take some pictures so I can see the difference.

After I take some pics, I'll give some idea of what I'm unhappy about aesthetically too.


  1. It's hard to start first but you if you stay with your regime it becomes incredibly easier. I'm currently 2 months into my weight loss plan and I've lost 5 pound and an inch & a half. It's not a lot, but I have cheated a little here and there.

    Just don't completely stop eating, that won't help you at all. Cutting back to your portions as well as exercising at least 3 times a week will help your overall figure. Keep it up!

  2. Gonna go to GNC tomorrow, pick up some stuff to take better bf% and other measurements tomorrow. I'll find a more accurate BMR to make sure I'm not starving.
