So I went and did some cardio yesterday. Went down to my housemate's Muai Thai classes. Managed to tear a meniscus in my knee while I was there. Going to have to see what to do tomorrow when I go to a physiotherapist.
Aww shame about the meniscus, that really, REALLY sucks! Go to a physiotherapist so you can get professional tips on how to handle it. Otherwise it's safe to exercise for now by being careful and stopping the momebt it hurts. Don't push the restitution. Cheers.
